Wellness Week is a campus-wide series of programs and activities designed to support student well-being across multiple dimensions, including physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Through events, workshops, and opportunities to connect, Wellness Week encourages students to pause, recharge, and explore resources that support a balanced and healthy college experience.
