The Fitness Court® is designed to provide a full-body workout in only seven minutes with seven zones: Core, Squat, Push, Lunge, Pull, Agility, and Bend. Each zone offers hundreds of exercises and trains different parts of the body through functional movement patterns.
The workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, which allows participants to move at their own pace. Users also may download the free Fitness Court® App, which acts as a coach-in-your-pocket and enhances the outdoor gym into a digitally supported wellness experience.
