IU Recreational Sports offers swim instruction for beginner and intermediate swimmers. You may choose to participate in a group, private, or semi-private setting.

Cost for group swim is $79 (student), $90 (faculty/staff), or $100 (public).
^will not meet Thanksgiving Week
Bursar billing is available as a form of payment for IU students. To pay via bursar billing, you must enroll in person at either the Student Recreational Sports Center (SRSC) or Bill Garrett Fieldhouse.
Live in a residence hall? Thanks to the Residence Hall Association you can participate in group swim sessions at no cost to you. Discount applied at time of registration.
Private and Semi-Private Swim Sessions
Due to the high demand of Private/Semi-Private sessions, we accept new clients on a rolling basis. For more information contact Brooklyn Hey.

Private sessions are 45 minutes and focus on specific swim goals while progressing at your own rate. Purchase a multiple-session package at rates listed below. Private sessions are for ages 3 and older. RS membership is not required to participate.
