February 21 - 27, 2021  CEBW INFORMATION Celebrate EveryBODY Week is a week dedicated to healthy body image and focusing on the beauty, strength, and grace that each and every one of our bodies has. Too often we focus on the things we don’t like, the things that we want to change, or the things that society tells us don’t look like they should.  This week is different. This week want to change that. Think about the things you love about your body. Think about the things your body allows you to do. And most importantly, never let anyone else determine YOUR HAPPINESS with YOUR OWN BODY.  2021 CEBW EVENTS SCHEDULE  Monday, February 22 Empower Vinyasa Yoga | 4:30 – 5:30 PM  Zoom  Join us for this sixty-minute session centered around empowerment. Using breath and movement synergistically, this session builds sequences that flow smoothly, allowing you to find inner strength, grace, and focus.  Tuesday, February 23 Rock What You Got | 7:30 – 8:15 PM  MS3 Dance it out with your friends in an energizing, cardio dance work out during Celebrate EveryBODY Week. With current music and your favorite artists, work up a sweat and have tons of fun!  Thursday, February 25 Knock Out Negativity | 12:15 – 1:00 PM  Zoom Feel stress and negativity melt away in this engaging, high-intensity session designed to leave you feeling strong and capable. Join us to utilize basic kickboxing techniques such as jabs, hooks, and kicks for a sweaty cardiovascular workout that empowers you to be exactly who you are!  Friday, February 26 Empower Vinyasa Yoga | 6:00 – 7:00 PM  MS3 Join us for this sixty-minute session centered around empowerment.
