Strength & Cardio Session Information The best of both worlds–Enjoy cardio and strength training in the same session!  Cardio Core: Begin with 30 minutes of simple choreographed cardio movements and combinations followed by the 30 minutes of core strengthening exercises to create a complete workout. The level of intensity is up to you!  Cardio Kick & Core: Go all out with cardio and strength training in the same session! Start with 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing followed by core strength work–sculpting your shoulders, back, chest, abdominals, and glutes!   HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): This 30-minute interval-based session combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated during your entire workout. You’re guaranteed to sweat in this challenging but rewarding session.  Total Body Conditioning: If you like HIIT, consider Total Body Conditioning. A 45 or 60 minute session focused on total body muscular strength and conditioning with interspersed bouts of high-intensity cardio exercises. Come prepared to work hard and be challenged.  Boot Camp: This strength and conditioning session coached by our motivating leaders challenges agility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and core stabilization through body-weight and equipment-based drills. Weather permitting, portions of this session may be held outdoors.  Deep Water Exercise: Enhance your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength with non-weight bearing exercise in the pool! We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you float during your workout. Sessions offered at CBAC and Royer.   Step Strength: Live it up with this total body workout! Enjoy 30 minutes of cardio combinations on the step bench followed by 30 minutes of core strengthening exercises for a complete workout!
