Meet our team

Of the approximate 140 Master Professionals located in the United States, five are in Indiana. Of those five, we have two right here at the Tennis Center.

Our student instructors are in a training program where they receive continuing education and evaluation from our certified staff to help them achieve the knowledge and skills to become a certified professional.

Our full-time staff design all instructional plans and paths for members receiving instruction in clinics or lessons. Our student instructors implement these plans with continued evaluation throughout the year.

Chris is the Director of Tennis at the IU Tennis Center. He is a certified RSPA Master Professional, RSPA High Performance Coach, awarded the 2018 Midwest Professional of the Year, 2006 Indiana Professional of the Year, a RSPA Midwest board member from 2005-2017, and a featured speaker at Midwest educational tennis events.

Adam is the IU Tennis Center's Head Tennis Professional, specializing in adult programs. He is an RSPA Elite Professional, meaning he has demonstrated expertise in tennis teaching and management. Adam has also been awarded RSPA Rookie of the Year in 2015.

Akshaya re-joined the team in 2023 as a certified teaching professional with experience at the USTA National Campus in Orlando. He previously served as a student instructor for four years while earning a degree in Public Policy from IU (‘22).
