Tennis Center

Your game starts here

Play, train, work out, or bring people together at the IU Tennis Center—an all-season destination for tennis and recreation in Bloomington.

As an auxiliary unit of Recreational Sports, the IU Tennis Center strives to accomplish the organization’s mission to connect, inform, and inspire people to lead active, healthy lifestyles. We do this through our informal and instructional tennis programs and services.

Step onto one of eight indoor hard courts featuring a U.S. Open–inspired color scheme, bright LED lighting, and a modern HVAC system designed for comfortable play in every season. Whether you’re sharpening your skills, meeting friends for a match, or discovering the game for the first time, you’ll find the space and services to make every visit count.

Our instructional programs are led by four highly-qualified certified Tennis Professionals with over 75 years of combined teaching experience.
