TOTAL TECHNIQUE SWIM TRAINING  Students: $56 • Faculty/Staff: $64 • Public $72  This program provides technique and drill work for the established swimmer looking to fine tune their swim strokes (must be able to swim 50 yards continuously). Participants will learn lap swim etiquette while performing training techniques to build swim endurance and efficiency.  DEEP WATER EXERCISE  Enhance your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength with non-weight bearing exercise in the pool! We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you float during your workout. Sessions  are offered  at CBAC and Royer Pool, check out the Group Exercise Schedule for times and location.
