Flexibility & Strength Session Information You really can have it all! Reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, and increase your energy levels with the sessions below.   PIYO: Get the most out of your workout with this combination of Pilates, Yoga, and body-weight strength training. This session is choreographed to music, guiding you through  combinations found in yoga sequences and Pilates strengthening exercises.   Mat Pilates: Strengthen your core postural muscles of the abdominals and lower back, as well as the chest, upper back, shoulders, and glutes. By practicing focused and controlled exercises, you will create long, lean, and flexible muscles.
