Cycle is our indoor cycling program offering a friendly and motivational experience for participants of all levels. Sessions simulate the varied terrain of an outdoor ride including steady flats, hills, and sprints. All Cycle sessions are available at no cost to you and are held in the Cycle Studio, located at the SRSC in the Racquetball Hallway.

Cycle-45

Our indoor cycling program offering a friendly and motivational experience for participants of all levels. Sessions simulate the varied terrain of an outdoor ride including steady flats, hills, and sprints.

Cycle-60

Looking for a longer cycling session? In this session, you'll have a chance to focus more on form and technique while improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. With longer work sets and an overall longer session, we'll take the intensity level down a notch while still riding through a varied terrain.

CycleBeatz

BPM meets RPM in CycleBeatz! This electrifying session will spice up your workout by conquering challenging hills, steady flats, and high-intensity intervals all while maintaining your speed to the beat. Ride under the blacklights, and let the music lead you. No cycling experience necessary!

Little 500: Cycle-60

Training for a race? Come work on enhancing your indoor and outdoor cycling skills that will help keep you at the front of the pack! Work on power and endurance, and have a great time!
