These programs are a popular and effective method for building muscle tone, strengthening your core, and improving flexibility. Purchasing a Yoga/Pilates Punch Card allows you to attend as many sessions as you like! RS Membership required.

Swimming is one of the best all-around workouts, involving nearly every major muscle group! Lap swim, deep & shallow water exercise, and private/semi-private swim lessons are just a few of the wonderful things happening in the water!

Step Into Fitness

Step Into Fitness is a FREE self-guided walking program for all IU-B Faculty/Staff. Track your steps as an individual or team for 10 weeks to be eligible for prizes! RS Membership not required.

Diabetes Prevention Program

DPP is a FREE 16-week lifestyle change program designed to reduce the risk for developing type 2 diabetes. RS Membership is not required to participate. Supported by Healthy IU!
