Looking for a new and challenging swim workout? swimFIT focuses on swimming longer distances in a group setting through instructor led workouts that are challenging and focused on fitness. Workouts will include some drill and technique work.
Prerequisite: Participants should be able to swim 100 yards each of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke continuously.
Total Technique Swim Training
This program provides technique and drill work for the established swimmer looking to fine tune their swim strokes. Participants will learn lap swim etiquette while performing training techniques to build endurance and efficiency.
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously.

Deep Water Exercise
Take advantage of the water's liquid resistance power. Deep water (DWE) group exercise sessions are available at the SRSC Counsilman/Billingsley Aquatic Center and SPH-B Royer Pool, and the sessions are included with your valid IU student ID or current RS membership.
