TOTAL TECHNIQUE SWIM TRAINING  Students: $56 • Faculty/Staff: $64 • Public $72  This program provides technique and drill work for the established swimmer looking to fine tune their swim strokes (must be able to swim 50 yards continuously). Participants will learn lap swim etiquette while performing training techniques to build swim endurance and efficiency.  SWIMFIT Students: $56 • Faculty/Staff: $64 • Public $72  SwimFIT focuses on swimming longer distances in a group setting through challenging instructor-led workouts including drill and technique work. Participants should be able to swim 100 yards each of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke continuously. RS membership is not required.  DEEP WATER EXERCISE Enhance your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength with non-weight bearing exercise in the pool! We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you float during your workout. Sessions  are offered  CBAC and Royer Pool, view our Group Exercise Schedule linked above for times.
