Looking for a new and challenging swim workout? swimFIT focuses on swimming longer distances in a group setting through instructor led workouts that are challenging and focused on fitness. Workouts will include some drill and technique work.
Prerequisite: Participants should be able to swim 100 yards each of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke continuously.
Triathlon Swim Training
Triathlon Swim Training is a program designed for fitness minded enthusiasts who may be training for a future triathlon or open water swim race. With focus on improving your swim technique, building strength and endurance, and learning useful tactics for open water triathlon swimming, this program is perfect for your “off season” training to give you a strong foundation for your racing season.

Deep Water Exercise
Take advantage of the water's liquid resistance power. Deep water (DWE) group exercise sessions are available at the SRSC Counsilman/Billingsley Aquatic Center and SPH-B Royer Pool, and the sessions are included with your valid IU student ID or current RS membership.
