March 30 - May 1, 2020  Swim to Summer is a free program designed to motivate and reward you for being an active participant in aquatics at Recreational Sports. Track your aquatic activities as you swim your way to summer vacation!  Step 1: Register    Sign up with a lifeguard at the SRSC CBAC or Intramural Center Royer Pool.   Choose to participate in either the 10,000 Yard Challenge or the 30,000 Yard Challenge.  Step 2: Track Your Progress We will provide a tracking sheet for you at either CBAC or Royer Pool. Once you are finished swimming for the day, log your activity and place your tracking sheet in the Swim to Summer box.  Step 3: Complete Fun Challenges Stay motivated to reach your personal swim goals! Complete optional weekly Swim, Fitness, and Fun challenges to be entered in a weekly prize raffle.  Step 4: Reach Your Goal    Upon completing the either 10,000 Yard or 30,000 Yard challenge, place your tracking sheet in the Swim to Summer box at either pool by the deadline. You’ll receive a t-shirt for completing the challenge and will be eligible to win prizes!  Ways to Earn Yards: Recreational Swimming: 1 length = 25 yards Aqua Jog: 10 minutes = 400 yards Deep Water Exercise: 45 minutes = 1,000 yards RS Swimming Lessons: 1,250 yards Water Basketball/Log Rolling: 10 minutes = 200 yards
