Get Swimming! 

Swimming is one of the best-all around workouts, involving nearly every major muscle group. Plus, water disperses heat more efficiently than air and cools the body, lowering your risk for overheating. And swimming offers up to 14% more resistance than exercising on land, providing an all-around great workout.

Attention Participants:

Due to a leak, the Royer Pool Diving Well will be closed until the repair is complete. The Royer/Lap Pool will remain open during our regularly scheduled hours starting Sunday, January 8th. Additionally, Monday and Wednesday Deep Water Exercise sessions will be moved to the SRSC-CBAC diving well from 5:45-6:30pm. This means Deep Water Exercise will be offered Monday through Thursday 5:45-6:30pm at the SRSC-CBAC diving well starting Monday, January 9th until further notice.

IU Campus Recreational Sports Aquatics program has something for everyone: two world-class indoor pools; beautiful outdoor pool; private, semi-private, and group swimming lessons for all levels; Triathlon Swim Training; and SwimFIT (for advanced swimmers), plus a number of valuable clinics focusing on freestyle swimming and flip turns.
